This Return Policy explains GrihaOne’s position on returns.

GrihaOne provides digital software and SaaS services for society and property management. GrihaOne does not sell or ship physical products.

No Physical Products

Because GrihaOne does not sell or ship physical goods:

• Physical product returns are not applicable
• There is no shipping, delivery, or physical return process
• Digital/software services cannot be physically returned

Digital / Software Services

GrihaOne services are delivered digitally through our website and platform. Once access to a digital service has been provided, a physical return is not possible.

If you have an issue with a GrihaOne subscription, trial, or related service, please contact support so we can review the matter.

Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

Please note that maintenance payments made by society members through GrihaOne generally belong to the relevant society/customer and are handled separately from GrihaOne subscription/service payments.
